A resume and cover letter tailored to one specific job — not a generic template with your name swapped in. Every profile comes with its own kit automatically, and a custom kit is ready for any job you find, on AIDA or off.
See PricingEvery profile comes with one built in — a custom kit is ready for any job on top of that.
Every career search profile AIDA builds for you gets its own Application Kit automatically — no job posting required. It's attached the moment your profile is, ready whenever you find a job you want to apply to yourself.
Available for every job listed on the site — and for any job you find on your own. Point AIDA at a posting, whether it came from one of your scans or you pasted it in yourself, and she builds a kit tailored to that exact job.
Built in seconds, so you can skip the hours most job seekers spend tailoring by hand.
AIDA takes a job posting — pulled from one of your scans, or handed to her directly — and combines it with your profile's resume and Career Bio to build a resume and cover letter tailored to that exact job. Your resume's summary speaks directly to what the posting is actually asking for, with your matching skills listed right beneath it, not buried three bullet points down. Any recruiter can see you're the right fit in seconds — and your kit is built in seconds too, saving you the hours of tailoring most job seekers dread.
Every custom kit ships with all four, ready to use the moment it's built.
An ATS- and website-friendly plain-text version, built to drop straight into even the pickiest application portals without losing formatting.
A polished, ready-to-send PDF — quick to drop into a LinkedIn message or email straight to a friend, recruiter, or potential employer.
A fully editable Word file, so you can make any edits you like and adapt it for other jobs in similar roles.
A plain-text version for pasting into a website form, plus a formatted version ready to send — a fast, tailored introduction for a reference, a recruiter, or a new contact.
Built for one real job posting — see exactly how the plain-text and PDF versions differ, and why.
Northbridge Financial's Retail Banking division is standing up a new analytics function, and this is the first senior hire into it. You'll own reporting and insights for a leadership team that has historically trusted intuition and tenure over dashboards — your job is to change that, one adopted recommendation at a time. Reports to the VP, Retail Banking.

Same facts, two formats — because a human and an ATS read a resume completely differently.

This is the version every application portal actually reads. It's plain text on purpose — no tables, columns, text boxes, or icons for a parser to trip over, just section headers most ATS systems are trained to recognize ("SUMMARY," "PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE," "EDUCATION") in a single, linear reading order. Paste it into even the strictest portal and every line lands in the field it's supposed to — nothing gets silently dropped or scrambled the way it can when a designed PDF gets forced through a parser instead.
This is the exact PDF a client downloads — not a mockup. It's not just the plain-text version with a template dropped on top, either: AIDA scans your entire resume, every role and every bullet you've ever listed, and pulls forward the specific, real accomplishments that answer what this particular posting is asking for. That's why the pricing-model story leads the summary here: the posting explicitly wants someone who can challenge leadership's assumptions and get them acted on, so that's the proof point that goes first.
Notice the page count, too. Three real jobs get the full treatment — bullets, dates, results — because they fall inside the last ten years and are still directly relevant. Everything before that compresses into three lines under Additional Experience: title, company, done. Nothing gets deleted, but nothing wastes a hiring manager's first ninety seconds either. That's how a career with a decade-plus of real experience stays a tight two pages instead of sprawling into four or five.
Employment history only shows what you did at each job, in the order you did it — plenty of what you're actually capable of never gets its own bullet point at any one employer. Core Competencies exists to surface that separately: a categorized list of what you can do, independent of which job you happened to be doing it in at the time.
For Alex, "Stakeholder Alignment" and "Translating Analytics into Action" — phrases lifted almost directly from the posting — show up in Core Competencies even though no single bullet in the job history uses that exact language. A recruiter or an ATS keyword scan catches it instantly, in the first few seconds of looking at the page, before they've read a single line of the work history underneath it.
